Australia:
Tinder is a Tier One dating service under the Australian Voluntary Online Dating Code of Practice.
European Union:
European Digital Services Act - Average Monthly Active Recipients: Over the six month period from July 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025, the average monthly active recipients of the Tinder service within the EU was fewer than 15 million.

Pursuant to Article 24(2) of the Digital Services Act, the average monthly active recipients of the Tinder service in the European Union are well below the 45 million average monthly active recipients threshold required for a very large online platform. We actively monitor the number of monthly active recipients and update this disclosure in accordance with the DSA, as applicable.
