Reporting Offline Behavior
If you’d like to report something that happened offline: Please write to us and include the following information:
- The reason for the report
- The exact name, age, bio, and photos that appear on the profile that you are reporting (screenshots are best)
- Other information that could help includes the person’s location, phone number, email address, and/or a link to their Facebook account.
We take reports very seriously. The more details you can provide, the quicker we can identify and investigate the profile or person in question.
Reporting Someone You Unmatched or Who Unmatched You
Even if your match no longer appears on your message screen, you can still report them online. Our team will look into it and determine what steps to take.
